No, anyone that meets our leasing criteria is able to rent an apartment at Flatts.

We offer furnished one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom options. Furniture package comes with bedroom and common area furnishings!

We don't have a private shuttle. Because, the Flatts is so lucky to be on the University Transit bus route.

The property requires that each resident have $100,000 of general liability coverage and recommends that each resident have $10,000-$25,000 personal property coverage or an amount that covers the property you intend on bringing with you to your new apartment.

Entrata uses a combination of credit score, rental history, and income to determine an individualized approval. The property also partners with LEAP to provide guarantor assistance should you need it.

The Flatts is next door to the South Campus Recreation center, the Rail Trail and 1.3 from the heart of the Ole Miss campus.

No, it is not a requirement to bring a roommate with you. We offer roommate matching services that use your preference sheet from the application. Additionally, we offer by-the-bed leasing, meaning you sign an individual lease and are only ever financially responsible for your own rent and bedroom.
